Cartecay River Guide (cartecayriverguide.com), a guide to the Cartecay River in Gilmer County, Georgia, is operated by Gold Peach Realty, a North Georgia real estate brokerage. This policy explains in plain language what the site collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. We look at those numbers in aggregate, not person by person. Google Analytics uses cookies, which you can block or delete in your browser settings.
If you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it, such as your name, email address and message. The form sends your message to info@goldpeachrealty.com.
The riverfront buyer checklist remembers which items you have ticked off. That progress is stored in your own browser only and is never sent to us.
How we use it
We use form messages to reply to you, check corrections and, if you ask about real estate, follow up on your question. We don’t sell your personal data.
Listings, river data and outside links
Featured home listings come from Gold Peach Realty through goldpeachrealty.com. The flow card shows readings from the U.S. Geological Survey. Our pages also link to outside sites such as Georgia DNR, FEMA, Gilmer County and local businesses. Once you follow a link off this site, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
Changes and questions
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page. Questions go to info@goldpeachrealty.com or (770) 283-1223. You can also use our contact page.
